Generally, they are for Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Yep, or Tue-Thu-Sat or Wed-Fri-Sun. You could do Fierce 5 Novice on those days, or you could run: Thu - Lower. Sat - Upper. Sun - Full Body. Something like Lyle McDonald's GBR for the first two days, then a blend of the two with exercises slightly changed for the full body day.

Aim to increase reps when you can. Once you are getting (say) 3x12, increase the weight and drop the reps back down to 3x10. I might even throw in a couple of extra resilience/stability exercises like cable pullthroughs and reverse flys or facepulls. Depends if you have any joint issues ATM. 10-03-2016, 07:17 AM #3.

So i will do the upper body on monday and friday and the lower body on wednesday and sunday. (If 5 lower body on saturday en upper again on sunday) is this a good strategy pleas let me know. I just started taking Animal Cuts and considering that I workout first thing in the morning with a pre-workout, I took my first dose of Animal Cuts at around 10-11 am (instead of upon waking) and going to take the second at around 4-5pm, both times with an empty stomach. So basically: 5:40am: wake-up. 6:40am: presurge unleashed.

I said I can workout 5 times a week, and I get a plan for 6. I say an hour to an hour and a half and some of them are longer than that (when trying to include abs).
